1. Platform Overview

CherryUnlocked is a digital membership platform that helps independent creators manage digital memberships, digital products, premium community access, and fan engagement through Telegram-integrated automation tools. We provide the infrastructure, payment processing, and automation tools that enable creators to build and grow their communities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform, whether as a creator or as a fan. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Services Provided

CherryUnlocked provides creators and fans with access to:

• Creator membership and subscription management tools
• Digital product delivery via Telegram-integrated automation
• Premium community access management
• Fan engagement tools and session-based interactions
• Secure payment processing via card and Telegram Stars
• Creator earnings dashboards and weekly payout tracking

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely by card or Telegram Stars
• All purchases of digital products and community access are final unless otherwise required by applicable law
• Pricing for digital products and membership tiers is set by individual creators
• CherryUnlocked does not store full payment card details — card data is handled securely by our payment processor

5. Creator Earnings

• Creators receive 60% of all revenue generated through the platform
• CherryUnlocked retains 40% as a platform commission to cover infrastructure, automation, and payment processing
• Creator payouts are processed on a weekly schedule

6. User Conduct

All users agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital products or membership access
• Engage in illegal, abusive, or fraudulent behaviour
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate the platform's payment systems
• Impersonate any creator, user, or staff member
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law

7. Platform Role

CherryUnlocked acts as a technology platform and does not produce, curate, or endorse any creator's digital products or community content. Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish and deliver through the platform.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Content Policy, or any applicable law — with or without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CherryUnlocked is not liable for creator-generated content, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction in which CherryUnlocked operates.
