This agreement governs creators using CherryUnlocked to monetize digital content. By registering as a creator, you accept these terms in full.
1. Overview
This agreement governs creators using CherryUnlocked to monetize digital content.
2. Eligibility
- Creators must be at least 18 years old
- Creators must provide accurate identity information upon request
3. Content Ownership
Creators retain ownership of their content but grant CherryUnlocked a license to distribute it through the platform.
4. Revenue Share
- Creators receive 60% of generated revenue
- CherryUnlocked retains 40% as platform commission
5. Payments
- Payouts are processed weekly
- Payments are made via external methods (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.)
6. Prohibited Content
- Illegal content
- Content involving minors
- Non-consensual or abusive material
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
