Creator Agreement

1. Platform Role

CherryUnlocked is a digital membership platform. We provide Telegram-integrated automation tools, secure payment processing, earnings dashboards, and weekly payout infrastructure. Creators operate as independent individuals or entities — CherryUnlocked does not employ creators and does not direct or control the nature of their communities or digital products.

2. Creator Eligibility

• Creators must be at least 18 years of age
• Creators must provide accurate identity information upon request for verification purposes
• Creators must have the legal right to offer the digital products and community access they publish through the platform

3. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator you agree to:

• Ensure all digital products and community content comply with our Content Policy
• Deliver purchased digital products promptly and as described to fans
• Maintain accurate profile information and pricing
• Respond to legitimate support requests from fans in a timely manner
• Not misrepresent yourself, your identity, or the nature of your digital products
• Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and tax obligations in your jurisdiction

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Creators retain full ownership of their original digital products and community content. By publishing on CherryUnlocked, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, deliver, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform and fulfilling fan purchases. This licence ends when your account is closed.

5. Revenue Share & Payouts

• Creators receive 60% of all revenue generated from their digital products, memberships, and fan engagement sessions
• CherryUnlocked retains 40% as a platform commission covering infrastructure, Telegram-integrated automation, and payment processing costs
• Payouts are calculated weekly and processed to creators on a regular weekly schedule
• CherryUnlocked reserves the right to withhold payouts in the event of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or platform policy violations pending investigation

6. Prohibited Activities

Creators may not use the platform to:

• Distribute or deliver any content involving minors
• Distribute non-consensual material of any kind
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices toward fans
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Circumvent or manipulate the platform's payment or payout systems

7. Account Suspension & Termination

CherryUnlocked reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate creator accounts that breach this Agreement, the Content Policy, or any applicable law. In the event of termination, any outstanding verified earnings will be paid out after a review period, subject to deduction of any outstanding chargebacks or fees.

8. Indemnification

Creators agree to indemnify and hold CherryUnlocked harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their digital products, community conduct, or breach of this Agreement.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
