2. Creator Verification

All creators undergo an identity and age verification process before being approved to publish digital products or offer community memberships on the platform. Verification may include:

• Submission of a government-issued photo ID
• Review and approval by the CherryUnlocked team
• Ongoing monitoring for compliance with our policies

CherryUnlocked reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification.

3. Platform Safeguards

In addition to creator verification, CherryUnlocked applies the following safeguards:

• Age confirmation is required at the point of account registration
• All digital products and community content are reviewed for compliance with this policy
• Suspicious accounts or content are reported and reviewed promptly

4. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Any violation of this age policy — including any attempt to gain access on behalf of a minor, or any creator publishing content involving minors — will result in:

• Immediate and permanent account termination
• Forfeiture of any pending earnings
• Reporting to the relevant law enforcement and child protection authorities

There are no exceptions to this policy.
