CherryUnlocked is a digital content platform that helps independent creators manage digital memberships, digital products, premium community access, and fan engagement through Telegram-integrated automation tools. Creators are responsible for ensuring that everything they publish or deliver through the platform complies with this policy and all applicable laws.

2. Permitted Content & Activities

Creators may use the platform to offer:

• Original digital products (photos, videos, documents, and other media) created solely by the creator
• Creator-led community memberships and subscription-based community access
• Fan engagement sessions and direct creator interactions, where all parties have consented
• Promotional content and community updates delivered via Telegram automation

All content must be lawful, consensual, and created by — or with the full permission of — the creator publishing it.

3. Prohibited Content & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on CherryUnlocked:

• Content involving minors — any digital product, image, video, or material depicting or involving persons under the age of 18 in any capacity
• Non-consensual material — content depicting or describing any individual without their explicit, documented consent
• Violence and abuse — content that promotes, glorifies, or depicts violence, harassment, coercion, or harm
• Illegal activity — content that promotes, facilitates, or constitutes any illegal act under applicable law
• Copyright infringement — digital products or community content that reproduces or distributes material owned by a third party without authorisation
• Fraud and deception — misleading fans about the nature, availability, or value of digital products or memberships
• Spam — unsolicited bulk messaging or automated abuse of the platform's fan engagement tools
• Hateful content — material that targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics including race, religion, gender, sexuality, or disability

4. Creator Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for all digital products and community content they publish or deliver through CherryUnlocked. By registering as a creator you confirm that:

• You are the original creator of — or have full rights to distribute — all content you publish
• All individuals depicted in your digital products have provided explicit, documented consent
• Your content complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions where your fans are located

5. Moderation & Enforcement

CherryUnlocked reviews creator accounts and content for compliance with this policy. We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates this policy without prior notice
• Suspend or permanently terminate creator accounts that breach this policy
• Withhold payouts pending investigation of a suspected violation
• Report violations of law — including any content involving minors — to relevant law enforcement authorities

6. Reporting a Violation

If you encounter content or activity that you believe violates this policy, please report it immediately to support@cherryunlocked.com. All reports are investigated promptly and treated with confidentiality.

7. Policy Updates

This Content Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
